You’re often the one others turn to. You notice what’s needed and step in without being asked. You’re reliable, capable, generous, carry alot of responsibility — and you may also be tired of being the strong one. It can feel hard to admit when you need support yourself, especially when you’re so used to offering it to others.
You experience life intensely. You pick up on nuance, mood, and meaning that others might miss. You care deeply, love deeply, and hurt deeply too. At times, your emotions can feel overwhelming — not because something is wrong with you, but because you feel so much.
Your choices are guided by what matters to you — integrity, justice, care, meaning. You want your life to align with your values, and it’s painful when it doesn’t. You might feel conflicted, burnt out, or stuck between what you believe in and what feels possible right now.
You carry responsibility, emotion, and often other people’s stories. You may be holding family dynamics, work stress, unspoken grief, or the weight of expectations — quietly, competently, and for a long time. Even when things look “fine” from the outside, it can feel heavy on the inside.

Every person is unique so I believe your therapy experience needs to reflect that. You don't need to fit a mold here. I meet you where you are and go from there. I offer integrated therapy that is grounded and real, bringing in body awareness, creativity, experiential learning, practical tools and talk therapy. It's not just about talking but feeling, noticing and being. We might slow things down. We might get curious about what's happening in your body. We might go outside and walk -yes literally walk and talk- because nature offers it's own kind of healing.

My 20 minute consultation is a chance to talk, feel things out, and understand what working with me could look like. There's no pressure- just a conversation to help you decide if this feels right for you.
