Who I tend to work best with

My clients are the ones who carry a lot. You know the weight of responsibility, often before anyone else does.
You show up for others—at home, at work, in your community—often putting your own needs last.


You might be:

  • A mother balancing the needs of your family with everything else on your plate 
  • A first responder, nurse, or frontline worker absorbing what others can’t see 
  • A teacher, therapist, or helper supporting people all day long 
  • The eldest daughter or family “anchor,” the steady one who keeps things running 
  • A high achiever, someone who takes their work and values seriously 


But beyond roles and titles, what really connects my clients is the pattern they live in:

  • You take on responsibility, often silently, and rarely ask for help 
  • You push through exhaustion, stress, or anxiety because it “has to be done” 
  • You care deeply, sometimes to the point that it takes a toll on your own body and mind 
  • You notice a quiet tension between what you value and what you’re actually able to live each day 
  • You may feel stuck, depleted, or burned out—but you’re still the one others rely on

Individual adults

Every person is unique so I believe your therapy experience needs to reflect that. You don't need to fit a mold here. I meet you where you are and go from there. I offer integrated therapy that is grounded and real, bringing in body awareness, creativity, experiential learning, practical tools and talk therapy. It's not just about talking but feeling, noticing and being. We might slow things down. We might get curious about what's happening in your body. We might go outside and walk -yes literally walk and talk- because nature offers it's own kind of healing.
