Every person is unique so I believe your therapy experience needs to reflect that. You don't need to fit a mold here. I meet you where you are and go from there.
We're likely a good fit if you're ready to make yourself a priority. You don't need to have it all figured out, but you are open to looking honestly at what's happening, trying new approaches, and doing the work that lasting change often requires.
Many of the adults I work with are looking for more than a space to talk. They want therapy that is practical, engaging, and tailored to them. Along with conversation, I often incorporate mind-body approaches, creative interventions, and walk-and-talk sessions to support growth, healing, and meaningful change.
My clients are the ones who carry a lot. You know the weight of responsibility, often before anyone else does.
