We're likely a good fit if you're ready to make yourself a priority. You don't need to have it all figured out, but you are open to looking honestly at what's happening, trying new approaches, and doing the work that lasting change often requires.
Many of the adults I work with are looking for more than a space to talk. They want therapy that is practical, engaging, and tailored to them. Along with conversation, I often incorporate mind-body approaches, creative interventions, and walk-and-talk sessions to support growth, healing, and meaningful change.
My clients are the ones who carry a lot. You know the weight of responsibility, often before anyone else does.
You show up for others—at home, at work, in your community—often putting your own needs last.
You might be:
But beyond roles and titles, what really connects my clients is the pattern they live in:

Every person is unique so I believe your therapy experience needs to reflect that. You don't need to fit a mold here. I meet you where you are and go from there. I offer integrated therapy that is grounded and real, bringing in body awareness, creativity, experiential learning, practical tools and talk therapy. It's not just about talking but feeling, noticing and being. We might slow things down. We might get curious about what's happening in your body (a somatic approach). We might go outside and walk -yes literally walk and talk- because nature offers it's own kind of healing.

My 20 minute consultation is a chance to talk, feel things out, and understand what working with me could look like. There's no pressure- just a conversation to help you decide if this feels right for you.
